Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all facilities, including offices and production areas, are kept clean and tidy.
  • Perform general decorating tasks such as painting and touch-ups as needed.
  • Maintain outdoor areas, ensuring they are free of weeds and well-kept through regular weed spraying.
  • Regular cleaning of windows to maintain a presentable workspace.
  • Assist with minor maintenance and repairs as required to keep the premises in good condition.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance or cleaning role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Health and safety awareness, particularly in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
