Sales Co-coordinator

Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of an established Engineering Manufacturing client for a Customer Service Co-coordinator to join Manufacturing Companies after sales team.

Pay: £29k - £32k salary

Location: Mid Suffolk

Full Time: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure needs are being met
  • Process customer enquiries via phone or email
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for spares, which includes liaising with customers and suppliers.
  • Company Products Training
  • Request quotes from suppliers and processing purchases to the best price and quality
  • Produce quotations and following them up in a timely fashion.
  • Convert Enquiries to sales order
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working environment and continuous improvement activities
  • Actively promote spares sales for all contracts
  • Issuing priced recommended critical spares list for all new and recent contracts
  • Entering data into the MRP system

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge
  • Confident verbal and written communications skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • IT Skills - must include word, excel, email and be familiar with MRP systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team
  • Organised with exceptional time management with the ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Positive attitude and the desire to learn
