Job Advertisement: QA AdministratorLocation: Eye,SuffolkPosition: QA AdministratorCompany: Eden Recruitment Solutions Ltd T/A Just Temps acting as an Employment Business for the supply of Temporary StaffAbout Us: Just Temps, we are committed to excellence in the food industry, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. We are looking for a dedicated QA Administrator to join our dynamic client and contribute to our clients continuous growth and success.Main Duties:Innovation:*Ensure that samples are sent in a timely manner.*Ensure orders are signed off and customers receive the correct material according to approved specifications.Passion:*Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout the process.*Actively seek and record sample feedback from customers.Integrity:*Follow company Food Safety and Quality procedures.*Ensure the Company's Health and Safety policies and procedures are always followed.*Assist the Quality Manager with any necessary tasks required.*Liaise with customers and suppliers.*Complete customer documentation as required.*Manage Sage batch allocations to orders, updating and maintaining batch and customer attributes.Quality:*Maintain impeccable sample records and update them daily.*Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure all products comply with Food Safety standards.*Ensure all samples are packed and presented well, so customers receive them in good condition.*Prepare samples for laboratory testing.*Input required testing data onto online laboratory systems.*Conduct incoming goods sampling and organoleptic inspections of raw materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.The above list is not exhaustive and may include other duties that are in the best interest of the company.Qualifications and Skills:*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Proficiency in using Sage and other relevant software.*Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:*Competitive salary*Health and safety training*Opportunities for career development*A supportive and collaborative work environmentHow to Apply: If you are passionate about quality assurance and eager to contribute to a thriving company, we would love to hear from you.
