This position offers a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within a warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will take on a variety of responsibilities combining administrative support, customer service, and despatch coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly calls with customers to provide updates on monthly despatch schedules.
  • Book orders with customers, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of stock movements to support inventory control.
  • Oversee the building and quality of products to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Perform data entry with precision to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Handle incoming calls, responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues.
