Late Shift Maintenance TechnicianEye, SuffolkSalary is DOE Full timePermanent 1:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Thursday We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with expertise in both mechanical and electrical maintenance to join our clients late shift team.   Company Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and promote a safe working environment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults across the plant.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and liaise with supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance checks and tests as per the PPM schedule.
  • Record all completed work in the Planned Maintenance System.
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines, handbooks, and drawings for machinery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
  • Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency breakdowns as required.
  • Participate in training and assist in training colleagues as needed.
  • Be available for emergency callouts, overtime, and planned maintenance during shutdowns.
  • Work to ISO 9001 standards and maintain clear communication with colleagues.

  • Have the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
  • Be flexible with availability for emergency and overtime work.
