This role involves utilising your electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure machinery operates at peak performance, maintaining high standards of reliability, efficiency, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults across the plant.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns, collaborating with supervisors to minimise disruptions.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance and tests as per the PPM schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Planned Maintenance System, ensuring all updates are logged.
  • Fault-find and diagnose production equipment issues.
  • Support plant start-up and shutdown processes.
  • Address emergency breakdowns, keeping downtime to a minimum.
  • Uphold ISO standards and foster effective communication across teams. 
What We’re Looking For: 
  • Proactive individuals with strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills.
  • Previous experience in a production environment, with the ability to work on industrial machinery.
  • Independent problem-solvers who can take initiative when needed.
  • Flexibility to handle emergency callouts and overtime as part of a rota system.
