My client a smashing local employer are now seeking an adaptable person to work in their small head office for 3 days per week- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-4pm.

The role will initially be offered on a 6-month basis with a view to go permanent part time.

This is a small office where it’s an all hands-on deck approach. You will report into the CEO but at times whilst he is away, you will be expected to work on your own- so you will have no problem with this.

Duties will be varied and will include

  • Filing of VAT returns onto Xero
  • Raising of invoices and Po’s
  • Processing expenses, petty cash
  • Nominal coding
  • Credit control
  • Managing both telephone and face to face enquiries from homeowners
  • Data management
  • Organising diaries and appointments
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Personal qualities needed

  • Highly numerate and accurate
  • Ideally working knowledge of Xero
  • A true people person who always delivers exceptional customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • A real hands on approach- someone who is willing to turn their hand to anything as and when required
  • Positive and enthusiastic

Due to the location of the company a car driver is essential.
