We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee civil works on a high-profile project with a delivery scope valued up to £50 million. This role requires a proactive approach in strategy development, overseeing the engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning activities to ensure they meet cost, schedule, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead SSCs (Systems, Structures, and Components) to maximize replication and prepare key contracts.
- Oversee engineering studies and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop post-FID contracts, including terms, specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinate internal and external interfaces for cohesive project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and mitigate replication risks.
- Drive technical procurement processes and contract requirements.
Requirements:
- Civils Works experience
- Project Management experience minimum of 5 years in civils or major projects
- Degree or degree equivalent civils/project management/engineering
- Procurement and management of complex contracts
Location:Â London - Hybrid
Salary: £76,000 - £82,000 (OPEN TO BOTH CONTRACT AND PERM)
