Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
  • Job Type: Full-time, Six-month FTC
  • Location: On-site
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, day shift

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our Warehouse & Logistics Team for a six-month FTC.  This role is ideal for someone who is ready to manage vehicle movements, handle logistics documentation, and provide customer service support, among other duties. The successful candidate will have strong IT, administration, and time-management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Day to day of the role:
  • Manage vehicle movements between locations, including producing a weekly schedule and daily communication with transport partners.
  • Handle the movement of tankers, including managing HMRC documents, sales orders, and bookings.
  • Manage the ordering and storage of PPE and clothing.
  • Collate, order, and distribute staff sales orders.
  • Provide cover for Customer Services, including processing supermarket orders.
  • Undertake picking of samples and arrange deliveries and collections as required.
  • Occasionally deliver to local businesses using the company van.
  • Produce documents, perform general office work, and support the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in SAP Business One (SAPB1).
  • Strong administration and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable.
