About the Opportunity:
Interaction Recruitment are currently partnering with a reputable client in Peterborough to find an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring the company remains fully compliant with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards, while managing health and safety protocols across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards, implementing and reviewing policies and procedures.
· Take charge of health and safety compliance, ensuring all policies are current and properly followed.
· Regularly conduct audits and inspections across sites, identifying risks and ensuring timely corrective actions.
· Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing any findings and resolving issues quickly.
· Offer training and support to staff on compliance, safety regulations, and best practices.
· Keep the company up-to-date with any regulatory changes and amend policies as necessary.
· Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies.
· Oversee processes like CEN testing and Whole Vehicle Type Approval.
· Manage key compliance-related administrative tasks, including tooling calibration and documentation.
· Fulfill duties as Fire Marshal and Property Manager for the company.
Skills & Experience Required:
· Proven experience managing ISO9001 and ISO14001 compliance.
· Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and policies.
· Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining audit programs.
· Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
· Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
· Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
· Proficiency in IT systems and software.
· A valid driving license is required.
· IOSH qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
· Full-time, office-based position (Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30).
