Working Hours: 37.5 hours, office-based

About the Role:

Keeler Recruitment are keen to find a Finance Assistant to join our clients team based in Eye. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone just starting in finance or looking to develop their skills further. As a Finance Assistant, you will support Accounts Payable and Credit Control processes, helping maintain smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately invoice customers in a timely manner
  • Follow up on overdue payments as required
  • Process customer deductions and manage credit notes
  • Assist with the purchase ledger function
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team
  • Provide cover for finance team members during holidays and absences
  • Support other finance team members with additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • An enthusiastic individual, possibly new to finance, ready to learn and grow
  • Studying AAT or similar (study support available)
  • Previous experience in finance is a plus, though not essential
