Salary: £30,000 - £50,000, based on a 40 hr week (depending on experience and skillset)

About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious Automation Developer to lead the technical development of bespoke automation solutions for our clients. In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise and creativity to design, implement, and maintain automations that integrate AI-powered solutions and streamline workflows.
As part of a start-up, you'll wear multiple hats, from crafting flagship automation templates to directly engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide consultative advice. You'll have the freedom to innovate and the opportunity to significantly shape the direction of our business, and attend / partake in regular events, hosted by Tech Bake.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automations using tools like (url removed), n8n, and Go High Level.
• Integrate client software systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Utilize AI prompting and integrations to enhance automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their pain points and propose tailored solutions.
• Create reusable, complex automation templates to showcase and resell.
• Act as the technical lead for our automation projects, ensuring quality and functionality.
• Occasionally travel to client sites and training events.

What We're Looking For

• Essential Skills:
  • Strong experience with Python.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms like (url removed) and n8n.
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering and AI integrations.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with additional coding languages or tools.
  • Prior client-facing experience in a technical or consultative role.
• Personality Traits:
• Ambitious, with a desire to grow alongside the company.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a knack for creative problem-solving.
• A consultative mindset, focused on understanding and delivering client needs.
• MUST BE BASED IN THE UK - Regular attendance at events is required.
