Our client is looking for a Site Based Administratorto join their growing team!
Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers entering site
- Co-ordinate and administer the issue of personal and vehicle passes
- Taking inbound and outbound telephone calls
- First Point of Contact for the Suppliers of goods and services arriving on site
- Providing the relevant site induction to new customers and workers
- Providing directions to a specific location
- Communicating effectively at all levels
- Encouraging the building of cross functional relationships and an environment of open communication
- Dealing with customer enquires
The ideal Administrator will:
- Previous customer service experience
- IT Literate with Microsoft office experience is essential
- Good verbal communication
- Strong ability to multitask whilst working under pressure
- Database management desirable
Administrator Working Hours:
- Rotational shift, 07:00 - 19:00pm
- Working 40 hours per week
