Our client based in Fairford are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0900am-1800pm
Responsibilities will include:
- General office and customer service
- Answering the phone
- Responding to emails
- Contacting suppliers
- Processing orders
- Updating excel spreadsheets
- Helping with regular stock takes
- Helping out in the warehouse in peak periods
Experience within a customer service role is essential
