Shifts: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (Day & Night Shifts Available: 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00)
Pay Rate: 12.50 - 15.99 per hour
Cooper Lomaz is working with a client to recruit Machine Process Operatives for multiple positions, with both day and night shifts available. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About the Role
As a Machine Process Operative, you will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting production machinery to maintain high-quality output and efficiency. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to production schedules to meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow SOPs and adhere to production schedules to achieve quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
- Identify and report machinery malfunctions or production issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Proven ability to monitor and adjust production machinery effectively.
- Familiarity with SOPs and production schedules.
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
