About the Role
As a Machine Process Operative, you will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting production machinery to maintain high-quality output and efficiency. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to production schedules to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow SOPs and adhere to production schedules to achieve quality and productivity targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
  • Identify and report machinery malfunctions or production issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to monitor and adjust production machinery effectively.
  • Familiarity with SOPs and production schedules.
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
