Sanctuary Personnel is hiring compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team, delivering exceptional care in care homes based in Fakenham. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we encourage you to apply.

Rates and Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
  • Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high standards of care to residents, addressing both physical and emotional needs.
  • Assisting with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
  • Promoting independence and helping create a warm, supportive environment.
  • Adhering to individual care plans and keeping documentation accurate and current.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A compassionate, empathetic approach to care.
  • Prepared to complete necessary compliance checks.
