Managing logistics operations for retail outlets in Fakenham and surrounding areas.
Using transport planning software for optimum route planning and efficient distribution.
Applying Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant transport laws and regulations.
Coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of retail goods.
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of Class 2 vehicles.
Training and managing a team of logistics personnel.
Developing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Logistics Manager should have:

A degree in business, logistics or a related field.
Proficiency in transport planning software and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain management in the retail industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
