Description
- Manage the entire logistics process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Utilise Paragon system to optimise routing and scheduling
- Implement Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes
- Maintain a high level of compliance with CPC regulations
- Lead, develop, and motivate the logistics team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and manage logistics budget
- Analyse and report on logistics performance metrics
Profile
A successful Transport Manager should have:
- Proficiency in Paragon and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred but not essential
- A valid CPC qualification is essential
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of retail logistics processes and best practices
