The office in Fakenham requires a Part-time HR Advisor/Manager.
Reporting to the Staff Partner and working closely with the Practice Manager and other Partners responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating appraisals and training
- On-boarding & maintaining employee records
- Policy & Procedure
- Recruitment
- Grievances
- Performance
- Other HR Duties
We are looking for anHR candidate, ideally CIPD 5qualified who could be at various stages of their HR career from HR Advisorto HR Manager
Flexible part-time (circa, 3 days per week)
Salary to suit experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, death in service.
