Rates and Shifts:
- Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
- Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
- Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
- Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
- Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
- Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
- Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Delivering high standards of care to residents, addressing both physical and emotional needs.
- Assisting with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
- Promoting independence and helping create a warm, supportive environment.
- Adhering to individual care plans and keeping documentation accurate and current.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A compassionate, empathetic approach to care.
- Prepared to complete necessary compliance checks.
