We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a top-performing SEN provider in Fakenham, working full-time with KS4 students with learning disabilities. This role is perfect for a passionate educator ready to inspire and make a difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Teach KS4 students across the curriculum, tailoring lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Inspire students to achieve and exceed expectations in their academic and personal development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement personalised learning plans
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
  • Maintain a calm, patient, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school activities

Requirements:

  • QTS is preferred but not required; experienced SEN teachers without QTS are encouraged to apply
  • Substantial in-school experience, particularly with students with learning disabilities
  • A calm, patient, and approachable attitude, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to teach a range of subjects and adapt lessons to meet individual needs
  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive education
