Role Overview:

We are currently hiring for a temporary admin assistant with an established construction business based in Falkirk. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the team during a busy winter season. This successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the team, including answering calls, managing Excel and MS Office tasks, and assisting with invoicing. As part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you'll play an integral role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
  • Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties, with a strong focus on organisation and accuracy.
  • Manage calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work with Excel and MS Office packages for data entry and reporting.
  • Assist with invoicing and other administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Proven track record in administrative roles with strong Excel skills.
  • Attributes: Confident, self-motivated, and able to quickly adapt to the demands of a busy office environment.
