REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Falkirk’s leading Property Management Companies, who are looking to recruit a ‘Property Administrator/Maintenance Administrator’ on a Temporary basis. Working in the office, you will be responsible for managing property maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.

3 Month Placement 

Office Based Working Pattern

Start Date: Asap

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
  • Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to schedule repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed of progress.
  • Assist with property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in property management or maintenance administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
