What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported. Your key responsibilities include:
- Building Relationships: Engage with customers, creating meaningful connections that make every interaction feel personal and genuine.
- Upselling: Introduce customers to products and services they'll love, tailoring your suggestions to meet their needs.
