Our client, a respected leader in the electrical engineering sector, is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor for a six-month project in Falkirk. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a high-impact project and work alongside a talented team in a dynamic environment.
Role Overview
As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring all electrical work meets industry standards, project specifications, and strict safety requirements. You'll liaise with project managers, engineers, and on-site electricians to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical work
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve any on-site issues as they arise
- Manage and motivate a team of electricians and support staff
- Oversee resource allocation, including equipment and materials
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor on similar projects
- Relevant electrical qualifications, including 18th Edition Certification
- Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, health & safety requirements, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid UK driving license
