An independent pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team.
The position requires a qualified Pharmacist with registration on GPhC and at least one year of post-qualification experience.
The role involves coaching staff, managing procurement of medicines, and ensuring correct prescriptions for customers.
The package includes a salary of £2,000 as a loyalty bonus after one year post-probation, along with 5 weeks of annual leave and 2 paid CPD days.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 45 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development.

Pharmacy Manager required for independent Pharmacy.As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be required to lead the team, coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.Monday - Friday: 45 hrs P/W*Discussions with health board about IP training*

Key Duties

Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance.
Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines.
Monitor and ensure customers are prescribed the correct medicines.
