About the RoleAs a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will lead site teams and liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure the smooth running of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
- Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the management team.
- Implement and maintain exceptional quality assurance processes.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and design teams.
You should be an experienced construction professional with a forward-thinking outlook and who thrives in a collaborative environment. Key attributes include:
- Proven track record as a Site Manager in Fitout, Refurbishment, and Construction projects.
- Experience working within live environments and fast-track programmes.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to site challenges.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
- CSCS card (Site Manager level).
- First Aid certification.
- Additional relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 6, construction management degree) are desirable.
