Peace Recruitment are seeking an experiencedCivils Project Managerto join our team working with a leading Scottish Water contractor. You will be responsible for managing multiple civil engineering projects across Scotland, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water infrastructure projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet client expectations.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with Scottish Water standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed across all sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Civils Project Manager, ideally within the water or utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering practices, particularly in water-related projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • CSCS Card

  • Full UK driving license.
