THE COMPANY

A leading Lettings / Property services company based in Brighton and servicing properties right across the city. This company has built strong relationships with top elite landlords across the city, and despite its exceptional relationships, has remained "below the radar" until now.

As part of the next phase of this business growth, they will be looking for a Lettings Business Partner to join the company to help with the day-to-day operations of managing the life cycle of these properties.

THE ROLE

The Lettings Business Partner will be an integral part of the next phase of this company's growth.

Leading from the front you will be responsible for the operations of 10 - 20 properties within the portfolio.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with tenants to resolve queries, and manage their rental payments
  • Managing viewings and sales activity to ensure the properties are let in a timely manner
  • Dealing with maintenance queries and enquiries as they come in and allocating to dedicated contractors if required
  • Managing inventories (outsourced) and ensuring all properties are kept up to date (HMO Licences, PAT Testing etc.)
  • Reference checks, guarantor checks and more

THE REQUIREMENTS

The company needs someone with a firm understanding of Lettings and with the ability and drive to get out and about with our tenants to support them in all their needs.

They need someone with strong computer skills and with the ability to utilise standard office programmes (Office suites, CRMs etc)

Ideally someone who has had experience actively finding tenants for properties as a Lettings provider, would be a huge advantage.

BENEFITS AND REMUNERATION

The salary for this role is 25,000 - 30,000 per year (depending on experience) plus standard benefits.
