HGV Mechanic (Ex-Forces Apply)
£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Overtime + Company Bonuses + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + 9am-5pm

You will be diagnosing, servicing and maintaining a fleet of DAF vehicles and Transits to ensure their safety and optimal performance to maintain the crucial link between supplier and distributor. Occasionally there will be travel to breakdowns.
Founded in 1856, this company started off supplying ships and has since then expanded in all directions supplying hotels, pubs, cafés, Retailers, Schools and Hospitals. This stable business offers training, tools and discounted products
This role would suit a Mechanic or Ex-Forces engineer looking to join a successful organisation that offers in-house and specialist training for its employees.
The Role
- Vehicle inspection & diagnostics of light and heavy vehicles
- Optional call out rota
- Specialist training and in-house shadowing with expert mechanics
- Occasional travel to breakdowns
- Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
