Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide podiatry assessments, treatments, and care to patients.
  • Develop and implement patient-centred treatment plans for effective outcomes.
  • Manage a caseload while supporting and guiding the team where necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical governance, quality standards, and CQC requirements.
  • Actively participate in the growth and development of the podiatry services.
  • Offer excellent customer service to patients, carers, and external healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in the business development process by supporting future revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • BSc (or equivalent) in Podiatry.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a podiatry role (5 years+ for leadership positions).
  • Strong clinical skills in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Leadership and management experience is desirable for senior roles.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Non-medical prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake.
  • Experience in managing chronic and complex wounds.
  • Clinical Educator experience.
  • Membership of the Royal College of Podiatry.
