HSE Manager

HSE Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities.

• Prepare and execute project HSE plans, HAZCONs, and risk assessment as required.
• Ensure that policies are effectively communicated and implemented at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and policies across the organization.
• Provide accurate HSE input in tenders and contracts and ensure requirements are incorporated into project plans.
• Act as the HSE point of contact for third parties, clients, subcontractors and other external stakeholders.

Requirements

• A BSc HSE Qualification HVK / IVK / NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 10 years' experience of HSE management in yards, maritime or offshore environment.
• Prior experience in a fabrication yard environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable HSE legislation and industry standards.
• Other relevant HSE education, including but not limited to HSE audit qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch proficiency is a plus).
