Team Leader Domiciliary Care
Location: Falmouth (within a 5-mile radius)
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our dedicated care team. As a Team Leader, you will be working alongside the management team to maintain high-quality care and support for our clients, while also leading a team of carers to ensure the best possible service. This is a full-time role with flexibility and the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of carers to ensure high standards of care are met
- Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and ensuring the safety of clients
- Provide on-the-job training and supervision to carers
- Work with the management team to deliver person-centred care
- Help with office duties and out in the community as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience with rota management, care planning, and risk assessments
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- Right to work in the UK
