Team Leader Domiciliary Care

Location: Falmouth (within a 5-mile radius)

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our dedicated care team. As a Team Leader, you will be working alongside the management team to maintain high-quality care and support for our clients, while also leading a team of carers to ensure the best possible service. This is a full-time role with flexibility and the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with rota management, care planning, and risk assessments
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
  • Right to work in the UK
