- Working closely with the Managing Director and SLT, this position will oversee the finance team with full oversight of the financial operation of the business.
- Take a 'hands on' approach to day to day duties and develop the finance team for succession planning.
- Advise and provide strategic input into business growth plans.
- Liaise extensively with senior stakeholders to ensure finance information is fully understood to aid decision-making.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:
- Candidates will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) and will have experience operating at the Financial Controller level with aspirations to be a Finance Director.
- Sector experience will ideally come from a service based business and may have been gained in an SME or corporate environment.
- Posses a commercial and strategic mind-set, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
