  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to enhance financial performance
  • Ownership of key elements of the balance sheet, including deferred income, WIP and debtors
  • Delivering detailed and accurate forecast data, ensuring insights support decision-making
  • Working with Project Managers to update forecasts, challenge financial impacts of delays and identify risks and opportunities
  • Reviewing operating costs, budgets and actions to optimise spending and ensure targets are met
  • Providing financial analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability
  • Optimising workflows, identifying efficiencies and implementing process improvements
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Project Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant / Commercial Accountant / Accountant / Finance Manager
  • Industry experience with exposure to projects and/or contract management would be beneficial
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving improvements
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables (Power BI experience is a plus)
