- Monitoring of email inbox, replying to queries, saving down invoices.
- Processing invoices (average 1400 invoices a month).
- Credit Card reconciliations.
- Weekly supplier payment runs.
- Process proforma invoices for faster payments.
- Weekly payroll cover
Suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
- Some prior experience in accounts, specifically with purchase ledger.
- The willingness to be hands on and support within a small team.
- Due to the office locations candidates will need to have access to a car.
