CMA is partnering with a global brand that is the market leader in their specialism to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of their Portsmouth, Hampshire office and is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to grow and develop their career.

What will the Assistant Accountant role involve?

Responsible for reporting on actual/forecast.
Inter-company transactions.
Undertake large volumes of balance sheet reconciliations as required.
Assisting with forecasting.
Working with internal stakeholders on a regular basis across multiple sites.
Other ad hoc requirements within the team as required.

Suitable Candidate for Assistant Accountant role:

Degree qualified or early stage AAT/CIMA/ACCA studier with some practical experience.
Strong IT skills including advanced Excel and knowledge of an ERP system.
SAP exposure would be advantageous but not essential.
