About the Role:

You'll play a crucial role in managing the daily administration of receipts and payments, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for bank reconciliation for all accounts, ensuring everything is balanced at month-end.
  • Reconciling Opayo, corporate cards, and cheques, preparing and uploading journals.
  • Post bank receipts to the sales ledger and match them to customer invoices (high volume).
  • Assist in exporting bank statements.
  • Ensureinvoices areuploaded and create ad hoc manual invoices.
  • Keep customer account information correct and up-to-date.
