The position calls for a meticulous Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design of low voltage AC/DC systems, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of efficiency and reliability. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in converting concepts into tangible designs, using SolidWorks Electrical to create detailed schematics and system layouts.
Skills & Experience Required for the Senior Electrical Design Engineer:
- Proficiency in Electrical CAD software
- Demonstrated experience in designing low voltage AC/DC systems
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical principles and safety standards
- Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings and specifications, including cable and connector assemblies
- Experience with component selection
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with cross-functional teams
