Due to ongoing success and significant growth forecast for this year, we are recruiting for Production Operatives to work in a custom built, modern open plan factory based in Segensworth. The rest areas and canteen are relaxing and modern with kitchen facilities and vending machines provided.
The site is easy to access and to drive to from Southampton, Eastleigh and Portsmouth and because of start times the roads are usually clear!
This company are renowned for their good treatment of staff and excellent career progression whilst providing a great work/home life balance. You will have full support from all employees within the production area to help grow your current skill set, whilst gaining new skills along the way.
Training will be provided on the following duties:
- Machine operation
- Quality inspection
- Picking/packing
- Production line work
- Report any quality concerns detected to a team leader
You will be working 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off, on day shifts working 7am until 7pm. Due to the shift pattern offered, this position will involve working some weekends, all depending on when your shift lands.
Shift Patterns are as followed:
- 4 days on and 4 days off £13.40 Per Hour
