Location: Fareham

Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 depending upon experience

with advisers, admin support and the opportunity to work closely and build

relationships with clients?

• Or perhaps you are a Junior Paraplanner, looking for that opportunity to develop and

grow within a stable and supportive team

The opportunity:

  • Our client is an established IFA, based in purpose built offices just outside Fareham
  • The company is a boutique wealth planning practice with 17 x members of staff
  • This role is supporting mainly one Adviser and is a truly collaborative role where you are part of the whole process - including full research, bespoke reports and cash flow modelling?

  • They have a supportive set up, including full admin support, an admin manager as well as a practice manager, with solid processes and procedures in place to help anyone thrive in their role.
  • Any Paraplanner who is on their way with their studies or wants to continue through to chartered, you will receive full support to complete your Diploma
  • For any Junior paraplanner, there is full scope for growth and development, and mentoring from more senior members is valued here.
  • The standard hours are 9-5pm - but they also offer flexible working with the opportunity to start at 8.30/ 9 or 9.30. Other benefits also include 20 days holiday plus
  • BH, rising to 22 and with 3 days given in-between Christmas and New Year
  • They are also now Employee ownership Trust, meaning a great opportunity for extra income through profit shares.
