Due to continued success across our recruitment business we are now in a position to add to our existing team and are looking for an additional Business Development Executive.

1st year Pay: 25,000 - 40,000 OTE

2nd year Pay: 25,000 - 55,000 OTE

3rd year Pay: 30,000 - 75,000 OTE

The Job

Building relationships with existing M&E clients across the UK.

Locating target M&E clients to target across the UK.

Establishing new relationships with prospect M&E clients across the UK.

High level of calls to existing & prospect client (KPI targeted).

Meeting with clients on and off site to gain understanding of client expectations (KPI targeted).

Winning vacancies from established clients within the M&E sector.

Working with a team of dedicated Resourcers to put forward suitable candidates for vacancies.

Ensuring compliance & logistics covered with clients & postings.

Establishing yourself as a key player within the recruitment/M&E industry.

  • You will need to have a competitive personality and will be looking for a job that provides you with the opportunity to earn commission on top of your salary
  • You will be organised and self-motivated
  • You will also be determined, ambitious and proactive
  • You will have a strong ability to communicate with people and you will have an excellent telephone manner
