We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team in a bustling bar/restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a keen interest in food preparation. As a Sous, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth operation of food service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation under the guidance of the senior kitchen team
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the kitchen team in supervising and training junior staff
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient and organised kitchen environment
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate team members
- A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in culinary arts or cookery would be advantageous
