Commercial Heating Surveyor
Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are an established and reputable specialist within Facilities Management.
Established for over 25 years and specialists across commercial sectors.
Due to their continued growth, they are recruiting for a commercial heating surveyor.
The Role:
- Working from the office and travelling to customers sites across Hampshire, Sussex and Dorset, the role will be to provide on-site technical expertise to facilities managers and clients
- Typical clients are Schools, Colleges and MOD Sites.
- Visting sites to assess clients needs in relation to commercial heating
- To price replacement boilers and heating systems along with on-site surveys and quotations
- Assess work projects to determine labour, materials and request best value from suppliers for new and extra work requirements
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have strong expertise from commercial heating, commercial gas, commercial boilers
- Currently involved in on-site consulting, assessing and evaluating customer needs
- Experienced in surveying, pricing and quoting
- Experienced educating customers about products / services
- Any experience with project management or contract management
This role may suit an aspiring commercial gas engineer / senior engineer who may have already gained on-site experience with pricing, assessing and quoting who is looking to step forward in their career.
