The Opportunity

Are you an experienced marketer with the drive to own and shape a brand? At Mexa Solutions, a recruitment agency specialising in IT and Digital Marketing, were on the lookout for a talented Senior Marketing Executive. Youll have the freedom to make this role your own, leading our marketing strategy and representing us both online and at events, all while working with a close-knit, passionate team.

Working closely with our Directors, youll lead our marketing initiatives, drive content creation, and amplify our brand presence across social media channels and in-person events. Like we did with Lou, well provide you with the tools you need to succeed, but were looking for a marketing professional whos ready to hit the ground running and elevate further our marketing efforts.

What Youll Do:

Lead Marketing Strategy Develop and execute strategies across social media, digital content, and events to drive engagement.

Be the Face of Mexa Represent our brand across digital platforms, especially LinkedIn and TikTok, and be a presence at our events.

Creative Content Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and WordPress to create engaging content, collaborating with external agencies on branding projects.

Community Builder Drive social media growth, manage SEO, and enhance our presence online and in-person.

What Were Looking For:

Experienced Marketer A background in digital marketing, ideally with knowledge of the recruitment industry.

Confident Ambassador Comfortable on camera and eager to be a key face of Mexa Solutions.

Proactive and Driven A self-starter who brings solutions to the table, with a passion for creating brand value.

Creative Visionary Someone ready to build on Lous achievements and shape our marketing journey further.
