You will provide building surveying duties on university refurbishments, city centre redevelopments, sustainability initiatives, and more! Your building surveying duties will be a combination of professional and project work to support the senior team. Such duties include undertaking dilapidation reports, building surveys, site inspections, schedules of conditions, technical due diligence reports, defect surveys, and PPM schedules.

You will also prepare schedules of work, project specifications, deliver contract administration and monitor funds. Commercial experience is desirable, but not essential - the consultancy offers impressive training and development opportunities to get you up to speed.

You need be recently Chartered (or working towards your APC), the Right to Work in the UK and a Full Driving Licence to be considered for this building surveying role.
