Holt Engineering are seeking aConformal Coaterto join our manufacturing team in Fareham.
You will be joining a friendly and motivated team within a PCB manufacturing company who endeavourto be the first choice electronics manufacturer within the UK.
The Conformal Coaterwill play a criticalrole in applying protective coatings to electronic components and assemblies to ensure their reliability and longevity in various environments.
This role is working Monday to Thursday 7.30-16.00 with an early finish on the Fridays 14:30 and is paying 11.50-13ph DOE
The main duties of the Conformal Coaterwill be:
- Applying conformal coatings to electronic components and PCB assemblies.
- Set up and maintain coating equipment
- Handle and store coating materials safely
- Inspect coated components for defects and make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of coating processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working with chemicals and coating equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve coating processes and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage coating material inventory
- Good Attention to detail
- Previous experience with application of Conformal Coating
- Good oral communication skills
