However the sky is the limit!Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Dynamite Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for our modern engineering client based in Fareham that are looking to recruit a Sales Executive, working on warm leads only!Our client provides a number of specialist engineering services to customers in Hampshire and are growing considerably due to their success! As the new Sales Executive, your key duties will include:
  • Proactively phoning and emailing individuals who have previously expressed interest online or by phone- to discuss their engineering needs and offer to book in tailored solutions.
  • Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the products or services to encourage informed decisions. (Full training provided).
  • Coordinate with the operations team to arrange consultations or appointments based on customer availability and needs.
  • Update CRM systems or databases with customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes to ensure seamless follow-ups and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.

The ideal Sales Executive will:
  • Have some phone sales or Telesales experience (Any engineering sales experience is an additional bonus but not essential)
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Confident and approachable
  • And commutable to Fareham Monday to Friday
