- Proactively phoning and emailing individuals who have previously expressed interest online or by phone- to discuss their engineering needs and offer to book in tailored solutions.
- Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the products or services to encourage informed decisions. (Full training provided).
- Coordinate with the operations team to arrange consultations or appointments based on customer availability and needs.
- Update CRM systems or databases with customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes to ensure seamless follow-ups and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.

- Have some phone sales or Telesales experience (Any engineering sales experience is an additional bonus but not essential)
- Strong phone and communication skills
