Business Development Representative

My Client is looking for driven, enthusiastic, and bubbly people to join their amazing team in Whiteley, where your skills are valued, your potential is limitless, and your success is celebrated.


The successful candidates will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to identify and develop new business opportunities from the database we provide and with bought leads. Using rough scripts and having the ability to objection handle, build relationships and close business against internal targets.

 

Essential:

Must have sales/cold calling experience. 



Responsibilities:


Generate and qualify leads

Close opportunities of business

Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Deliver a continuing high level of customer service

Building strong customer relations with new customers

Being highly motivated and engaged to maintain high success rates

Creating and maintaining your own records of closed leads

Taking inbound and making outbound calls

Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent client service skills

A proven track record of strong client relationships

Job type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: up to £30,000 + Uncapped commission OTE up to 75k- Salary dependant on experience

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm

Location: Whiteley, Fareham.
