Technical Administrator

Infinity Employment are seeking a Technical Administrator to join one of our clients who are one of the UKs leading suppliers for industry materials. With many locations over the South Coast and a goal to grow further, this is a great opportunity for someone who is technically minded, CNC Programming knowledge would be an advantage. Someone eager to learn new sectors of the business as the role evolves with the company needs. An exciting position with progression, along with a profit share of the business.

Main duties:

-Provide support to the sales staff with day-to-day administration tasks

-Maintain and update data spreadsheets

-Process expenses and invoices

-Communicate with customers via telephone

-Process orders and take payments

-Understand CNC programming and be able to read drawings (Training provided)

Skills:

-Good telephone manner

-Customer service skills

-IT Literate word, Excel

-Some understanding of CNC programming

-Experience in reading drawings would be desirable

Hours:

-Mon Fri 37.5

-Pay: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
